Job description
Signature Pool Management is SUPER EMPLOYER!
This employer pays your program fee and the lifeguard course, depending on your start day.
Wage and housing
WAGE:
Pay rates for the cities of Urbanna, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Newport News, Richmond, Charlottesville, and Williamsburg are as follows:
Regular Rates $15
Overtime rates $22.5
Returnee $15.50 and $23.25 overtime
WE GUARANTEE 50-55 HOURS PER WEEK (40h + 15h overtimes) for all areas (conditions apply). Depends on your performance.
BONUSES:
If you arrive by 23.5.2025 = your Start Date, i.e. you will start working on this day, the employer will reimburse you the ENTIRE PROGRAM FEE in the amount of USD 1249 + Sevis fee USD 35 (as part of the visa processing process, i.e. you do not pay these fees at all, we do not issue you no USD invoice). At the same time, they will reimburse you for the Lifeguard course worth USD 300 (they will reimburse you in the US in the 1st paycheck).
If you arrive by 30.5.2025 = your Start Date, i.e. you start working on this day, the employer will reimburse you USD 835 from your program fee + Sevis fee USD 35 and you pay ONLY USD 449.
If you arrive by 6/6/2025 (your Start Date, that is, you will start working on this day), the employer will contribute USD 685 from your program fee + Sevis fee USD 35, and you pay ONLY USD 599.
Summer performance bonus $100
Employee of the month bonus $50
Lifeguard Program fees deducted on bi-weekly basis.
Uniform cost is $75.
HOUSING:
Housing is provided by employer.
Housing Cost: $180/week
Housing deposit is $200 and Administration Fee $50
(2-3 bedroom apartments, 2 people per room, washer and dryer included, fully stocked kitchen)

Virginia Beach, near to the Atlantic Ocean, is a popular area where a lot of Work and Travel students spend their summer. Virginia Beach is home to a flourishing local culinary scene, rich history, a variety of arts and entertainment. Hundreds of hotels, restaurants and souvenir shops are just step from the beach and boardwalk.
